What

Once you are certain of the vicinity you want to live in, decide whether you need a house or an apartment. It will save you time and money by narrowing searching possibilities. Houses offer outdoor spaces, especially backyards are important for families with children. Many houses have cisterns or tinacos (fiberglass tanks) in benefit of the water pressure. Apartments are said to have better security and group maintenance expenses reducing the need to hire employees.

Buying or renting and how to do it

It is advisable for expatriates to live on rentals until they have gotten used to the city prior choosing to buy a house or an apartment.
