The Dominican Republic offers foreign investors abundant, skilled, and qualified labor force. Employees are hardworking, capable of learning and using new technologies, highly trainable and diligent.

By Law employees have the right of fifteen working days paid vacation plus weekends and holidays. On Christmas employers provide one additional salary and during the yearlong they have to give a bonus that will depend on the company's performance. Some companies use the paid overtime system, while others prefer other type of incentives.

The Dominican Labor Code contains all regulations regarding labor that include policies that both the employer and the employee should observe.
